1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS:

As we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible in photography and by written description, please contact us by email or telephone with any additional questions prior to purchase: once an item is purchased the sale is final.

We cannot be responsible if you receive an item and:
-you "don't like it" or 
-"the color isn't like what showed on my monitor"
-if it is "the wrong size," etc. 
-if you want to try a garment on to see how it fits
-all items sold here are old and have been used.  That said, not every nick, small hole, abrasion to the cloth will be noted online.  It is to be expected that this cloth shows wear, and in certain cases, will show some small holes or abrasions.

It is your responsibility to check your specifications against the dimensions listed and to email or call us for more specific information before you purchase an item.

As well, your monitor may have a color calibration that is not the same as the one we use.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: FEES AND CUSTOMS DUTY INFORMATION

a. International shipments are handled by the xxxxxxxx Service Priority Mail Service. 

b. We can not insure a piece for more than its declared customs value.  If you request us to claim your shipment as a lower value than what you paid this is at your risk and your potential loss: if the package is lost, stolen or damaged, we can only claim what was declared on the customs form.

c. We cannot be responsible for the length of time a package takes to reach you, nor the length of time that the customs authority of your country holds your parcel.  

d.  We cannot be responsible if your country's customs authority charges you duty on the items purchased from this website.  As a resident of your country, you are responsible for all customs duty you are required to pay.  We cannot know your country's customs protocols nor can we be accountable for them. We will not accept returned parcels if you do not want to pay your country's custom duty or VAT. 

 

3.All items are sold as seen, any chips, marks or blemishes will be pointed out in the descriptions and further information can be requested before purchase.  Most of the items are vintage and pre loved. They may show evidence of having already had a story to tell.

5.All textiles and ceramics need to be handled with respect and care for their age. We cannot be held responsible for washing mistakes or breakages.

6. AT TIMES AN ITEM LISTED ON THE WEB SHOP MAY NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE.
